Refund Policy

We at DreamEase strive to provide the highest quality products and ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email) is required to complete your return.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within [5-10] business days.

Exchanges

  • If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to request an exchange. We will provide instructions on how to send the item back to us and process a replacement.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable digital products
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs for returning an item are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please:

  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
