Returns and Exchanges Policy

At DreamEase, we strive to ensure you’re fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we’re here to help make the return or exchange process as smooth as possible.

Returns

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • How to Initiate a Return: Contact us at support@dreamease.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will provide you with return instructions.
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for covering return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Eligibility for Exchanges: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you need a different size or variant, contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Exchange Process: To initiate an exchange, email support@dreamease.com with your order details and the reason for the exchange. We’ll guide you through the return process and arrange for a replacement.
  • Processing Time for Exchanges: Once we receive the original item, we will process and ship the replacement within 3-5 business days. You will receive tracking information once your exchange has shipped.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products
  • Items marked “Final Sale”

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation, please:

  1. Double-check your bank or payment account.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.
